In order to Streamline your request and better serve you. We utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archive and history of all your support request. A valid Managed Service Account Number with an authorized user email address is required to submit a ticket. If you don't have an account speak to a Representative about creating one. If you wish to get support without an account, you will be prebilled and would have to fill out a Terms of Service Agreement along with providing your Debit or Credit Card information. Remote Help Desk Support may be purchased in a minimum of 15 minutes increments. The Price varies for Commercial and Residential Clients
